چکیده

This work proposes a novel mixed-integer linear programming model to address the medium-term reinforcement planning for active distribution networks, taking into account multiple investment options and CO2 emission limits. The plan jointly includes (i) replacement of overloaded conductors, (ii) installation voltage control equipment such as regulators capacitor banks, (iii) distributed energy resources, dispatchable non-dispatchable renewable generators, storage units. Uncertainties associated with demand electricity, prices at substation, generation are addressed through scenario-based stochastic optimization. In contrast conventional methods, proposed approach models load voltage-dependent in order achieve substantial reductions consumption. As another outstanding feature, network reconfiguration, which is an operational alternative that normally independently, incorporated within options. objective function aimed establishing strategy minimal total costs, but satisfies restrictions emissions cap. A 69-node system was used test and, results show modeling integrating reconfiguration actions helps effective that, addition being environmentally friendly, has low costs. Finally, scalability method evaluated using real 2313-node system.
